Born in Brussels, 10 August 1970, admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2000.

Education: Master of Private Law, University of Nantes, 1995; DEA in Contract Law, 1997.

Lawyer specialised in art and cultural property law, former member of the French Bar Association of Brussels, he practices mainly in Belgium and France.

He advises dealers, collectors, auction houses and institutions in France and Belgium.

As counsel to the main French dealers' and experts' unions, he accompanied the French legislative process on the law of restitution of twenty-six works to Benin and one to Senegal of 24 December 2020.

He has thus represented the voice of dealers, experts and collectors before both the French National Assembly and the Senate.

He is the author of numerous articles and conferences on the subject of restitutions but also more broadly on the circulation of cultural goods and the art market.

He has been lecturing at the Ecole du Louvre and at the Université Dauphine in the Executive Master Gestion du Patrimoine Artistique Privé.
